Court-ready records

Court-ready co-parenting records, built as life happens.

ParentBridge brings expenses, messages, custody changes, and verified handoffs — plus medications given and school forms signed — into organized timelines designed to be easier to review later.

When records are scattered, everyone pays for the cleanup.

Messages tied to decisions

Keep child-related requests and replies near the schedule, handoff, or expense they affect.

Care & handoffs on the record

Verified handoffs (the time, and optional location), medications given or missed, appointments, and signed school forms are logged as they happen.

Exports for review

Premium adds court-formatted exports — expenses, messages, custody changes, and a handoff audit log — designed for organized review by parents, attorneys, mediators, or court staff.

Records, not reconstruction

The record you build beats the one you reconstruct

When co-parenting conflict escalates, the first casualty is the shared story: who paid for the braces, who was told about the missed handoff, what was actually agreed about spring break. Parents then spend nights screenshotting old texts and assembling spreadsheets — reconstructing a record after the fact, which is exactly when it looks weakest. The alternative is a record that builds itself as life happens: every expense, message, schedule change on the custody calendar, and verified handoff timestamped as it occurs.

That is what "court-ready" means in ParentBridge: organized, chronological, and formatted so an attorney, mediator, or parenting coordinator can review it quickly — receipts attached to the expenses they prove, decisions attached to the dates they affect. It is deliberately not a promise about outcomes: admissibility is always the court's decision, and no app can honestly claim otherwise. What you control is whether the record exists and how clean it is.

The exports

What the court-formatted exports contain

Premium produces three formatted exports. The expense ledger is a chronological table with a running balance, a per-expense audit trail of every approval, dispute, and edit, a proof-of-notice appendix showing which notices reached the other parent, and an integrity checksum over the whole document. The message export preserves conversations in order, and the care log collects custody changes and verified handoffs — including optional location proof captured at the exchange.

None of it requires the other parent's participation. In solo co-parenting mode the relay delivers updates by email or text, logs the delivery, and routes email replies back into the record — so even a one-sided record shows what you sent, when it arrived, and what came back. Alongside the health and school records, it adds up to one dependable account of how your side of co-parenting actually ran.

Common questions

Court-ready records, answered

What does court-ready actually mean?

Organized, timestamped, and formatted so a professional can review it quickly: chronological timelines, receipts attached where they belong, and clean exports. Whether any document is admissible is always the court's decision — no app can promise that.

Which co-parenting records can I export?

Premium exports cover the expense ledger, message history, and the care log of custody changes and verified handoffs — each as a formatted document you can hand to an attorney or mediator.

What is in the expense ledger export?

A chronological table with a running balance, a per-expense audit trail of every approval and dispute, a proof-of-notice appendix showing what was delivered to the other parent, and an integrity checksum over the whole document.

Do the records work if the other parent doesn't use the app?

Yes. Updates reach them by plain email or text, their email replies land back in your record, and deliveries are logged — so your documentation shows what was sent and when, even one-sided.

Can I show the other parent was notified?

Relay deliveries are logged per message, and the expense ledger export includes a proof-of-notice appendix joining each expense to the notices that went out about it.
