Getting started
Do I need my co-parent to join?
No. ParentBridge is built to work even if the other parent never installs anything. Add them as a contact and we relay your updates by text or email; their replies come back into your family record. You can switch them to a full shared account later if you both want.
What does it cost?
The core — calendar, messaging, expenses, your children's records, and the relay (up to 25 messages a month) — is free. Premium is $9.99/month and adds unlimited relay, Calendar Sync and custody templates, Calm View AI, and court-formatted exports. Cancel anytime from your app store settings.

How does the other parent stop getting messages?
Every relay has a one-click email unsubscribe link, and SMS/WhatsApp recipients can reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT). Opt-outs take effect immediately and stay in force for that channel. You can also archive the contact from family settings to stop every channel at once.
I'm a co-parent who received a message — how do I opt out or get erased?
Use the unsubscribe link in the message, or reply STOP to a text. To have your contact details deleted entirely rather than just suppressed, email privacy@parentbridge.space with the phone number or email the messages were sent to.
Privacy & AI
Is my data sent to AI?
Only when you choose it. Tapping Calm View on an incoming message sends that message's text (and your app language) to Google's AI after a consent prompt — nothing is analyzed in the background. Receipt images and health data are never sent to AI. See the Privacy Policy.
How is my data protected?
Messages, health details, and identifying information are encrypted at rest; every record is scoped to your family so other families can't see it. We never sell your data.
Billing & account
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play — cancel from your store's subscription settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Delete your account from the App settings. Your profile is deactivated immediately and your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. See Data deletion.
